Ranking the top 100 US cities by closeness to 65°F average annual temperature (neither too hot nor too cold), drawn straight from NOAA U.S. Climate Normals 1991–2020. Two cities equally close to 65°F on opposite sides (for example 64.5°F and 65.5°F) rank near each other even though their raw average temperatures differ, since both are an equal 0.5°F from the target.
