This list ranks the 100 fastest-growing US incorporated cities by population change from 2020 to 2025, using U.S. Census Bureau Population Estimates Program (PEP), Vintage 2025. It chooses from the 4,778 places that carry PEP history AND a 2020 population of at least 5,000 -- a subset of the 18,101 PEP-tracked places in our database; uncovered places remain explicitly absent rather than estimated.
